Shipping to the United States

We prepare your order for shipment and send tracking information when it is available.

Processing and delivery

Ships within 2 days. Delivery in 5 days. These are estimates. Carrier conditions, destination, busy periods, or events outside our control may affect delivery.

Standard shipping rates

For eligible US orders, standard shipping is $5.95. Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more after discounts. Available destinations, shipping options, and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking your order

When tracking is available, we send it by email after shipment. If you have not received your tracking information, contact contact@cuisineconfort.com with your order number.

Orders with several items

Items in the same order may ship separately. If one parcel arrives first, the remaining items may be on their way in another shipment. Contact us if you need help checking an order.

Delivery address

Please check your name, address, ZIP code, and contact information before placing your order. If you notice an error, email us promptly with your order number. An incorrect or incomplete address may delay delivery or cause the parcel to be returned.

Late, missing, or damaged parcels

If a parcel is delayed, check the tracking link first and contact us so we can investigate. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the parcel, check the indicated delivery location and with people who may have accepted it. For a damaged or incomplete shipment, send your order number and, when possible, photographs of the parcel and items received.

Customs and import charges

Where applicable, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may be assessed by the destination authorities and may be payable by the customer. See the charges and information presented at checkout.
